Our training and development officer ensures that all staff receives up to date training above and beyond the national minimum standards to meet the changing needs of the service.
On admission, a Care Plan is drawn up with the individual resident and their relatives to ensure that their needs are consistently met.
Braemar RCH is staffed 24 hours a day by trained and qualified carers of many years experience who are committed to improving the quality of life of residents.
New residents to the Home are encouraged to retain their G.P. or to register with our local G.P. who visits on a regular basis. Pastoral visits to the Home are regular and special visits and services can be arranged on request.
There are regular visits by a Hairdresser, Chiropodist, Optician, Dentist and other specialist professionals as necessary.
Meals are freshly prepared by our dedicated chef providing a full and varied menu. Individual tastes are taken into consideration and special diets are catered for.
