We only collect what we need to help you. Here is what we hold and why.
Your name, email address, phone number and message, so we can reply, arrange visits and talk about care options. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract.
Details you choose to share about the person needing care, which may include health information, so we can check we can meet their needs. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and the provision of health or social care.
Your CV, contact details, work history, references and right-to-work information, so we can assess your application and carry out checks. Lawful basis: steps before entering a contract and legal obligation.
Basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, held in our web host's server logs to keep the site secure. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
We never sell your information, and we only keep it for as long as we need it.
Only when needed: the companies that host our website and email, referees and checking services such as the DBS for job applicants, health and social care professionals to arrange care, and regulators where the law requires it.
Enquiries that don't lead to care: 12 months after our last contact. Unsuccessful job applications: 6 months after the role is filled. Website server logs: usually no more than 90 days.
We use secure, password-protected systems stored in the UK or European Economic Area, limit access to staff who need it, and train our staff in data protection.

You can contact us at any time to use these rights. We will reply within one month, and there is usually no charge.
